Ihre Rolle und Verantwortlichkeiten

In dieser Position unterstützen Sie uns in der Zentralen Elektronikfertigung, die für die termingerechte, qualitativ hochwertige und wettbewerbsfähige Produktion von Komponenten der Automatisierungs- und Niederspannungsschalttechnik verantwortlich ist.

Sie sind hauptsächlich verantwortlich für:

Sie legen die Reihenfolge des Produktionsprozesses unter Berücksichtigung von Material- und Investitionsbudgets fest. (Planung und Beschaffung von Betriebsmitteln)
Sie stellen die optimale Effizienz von Produktionsmethoden, Anlagenleistung und Materialien/Komponenten sicher.
Sie verwalten und beschaffen Spritzgusswerkzeuge für Kunststoff-Gehäusekomponenten und bringen sich in technische Problemstellungen mit ein.
Sie erkennen und implementieren Verbesserungen des Fertigungsprozesses unter Berücksichtigung von Kosten, Sicherheit und Zeitvorgaben.
Sie untersuchen neue Methoden, Technologien und Änderungen in der Anlagen- und Prozessgestaltung zur Erfüllung von Spezifikationen.
Sie definieren relevante Aktionspläne und Trainingspläne für das Wartungs- und Produktionspersonal und die Ressourcen.
Sie beraten Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte in der Produktion und arbeiten bei der Umsetzung von Änderungen an der Produktionslinie mit diesen zusammen.

Qualifikationen für die Rolle

Bachelor oder Techniker mit Abschluss in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Elektrotechnik bzw. Duale technische Ausbildung mit vergleichbarer Weiterbildung
2 Jahre Berufserfahrung, wünschenswert in Produktions- bzw. Engineeringbereich Elektronikfertigung
Erfahrung im Bereich Spritzguss- und Kunststofftechnik wünschenswert
Projektmanagement wünschenswert
Kenntnisse in SAP, PLM-System (PTC Windchill), REFA, MTM, Lean Six Sigma, CAD Grundlagen (CAD, technische Zeichnungen)
Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in deutscher und englischer Sprache
