About the role
As an Account Manager at Hostaway, you will own the post-sale commercial relationship with our global customer base. Your primary objective is to drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) by expanding customer accounts through the adoption of add-on products and strategic upsells.
You will be a key commercial driver, proactively engaging with accounts to uncover expansion opportunities and ensure customers are maximizing the value of the Hostaway ecosystem. This role demands a high volume of outbound activity, disciplined pipeline management in Salesforce, and strong cross-functional collaboration.
This role will require you to work North American EST hours.
Your mission
Own and exceed monthly and quarterly ARR targets by driving the adoption of key add-on products such as Dynamic Pricing, Smart Locks, QuickBooks Online (QBO), and Insurance.
Collaborate with regional CSMs (for Mid-Market/Enterprise) to identify expansion opportunities within their portfolios. You will act as the commercial expert, leading the sales cycle for add-ons and upsells identified by the CS team.
Maintain a high-integrity, accurate forecast and pipeline in Salesforce. You will be responsible for managing a high volume of opportunities simultaneously, with clear next steps and close dates.
Execute targeted outbound campaigns, making large quantities of calls, emails, and demos daily to a global portfolio of existing customers to generate new expansion pipelines.
Become an expert on the value proposition of Hostaway's add-on solutions. You will lead discovery calls, product demonstrations, and commercial negotiations, effectively overcoming objections to close deals.
Manage the commercial aspects of the customer relationship post-sale. This includes structuring deals, ensuring contracts and addenda are executed correctly, and managing renewals where expansion opportunities are present.
Develop and execute targeted business strategies for your portfolio, managing the full sales process from initial scoping to contract closure with operational rigor.
Act as a crucial feedback loop to the Product, Marketing, and Sales teams, sharing insights from customer conversations to inform product strategy and go-to-market motions.
