Talent Acquisition Specialist (3-Month Contract) 

This role focuses on building strong candidate pipelines for Smartly’s commercial teams, including Sales and Customer Success, across global markets. You will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify and engage high-quality talent, helping ensure we meet hiring goals efficiently. This is a fixed-term role based in Manila, working with distributed teams across the US, EMEA, and APAC.

What You Will Do 

• Source and identify qualified candidates for Sales and Customer Success roles across global markets
• Build and maintain active talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and target candidate profiles
• Use multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and market mapping
• Engage candidates through outreach, clearly communicating the role and Smartly’s value proposition
• Screen candidates for qualifications and alignment before handing off to recruiters
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the ATS
• Track sourcing activity and share pipeline insights with stakeholders

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in talent sourcing or recruiting, with focus on commercial roles such as Sales or Customer Success
• Proven ability to build pipelines across global markets (US and/or EMEA experience is a plus)
• Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques
• Experience working with ATS systems and managing candidate pipelines
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in parallel
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with global teams

Nice to have:

• Experience sourcing for SaaS or technology companies
• Exposure to hiring across multiple regions or time zones
• Experience working in contract or project-based recruitment roles
