Responsabilités :

Au sein de l'équipe marketing, vous êtes rattaché au pôle digital en charge des sites, communications et outils digitaux à destination des pharmacies.

Vous aurez pour mission d'accompagner le développement de la stratégie digitale du groupe ainsi que des pharmacies dans leur transformation digitale.

Vos missions au sein de l'équipe seront les suivantes :

Participer à la rédaction des cadrages métiers
Assurer le suivi des projets et l'atteinte des objectifs fixés
Accompagner les équipes internes et externes dans la conduite du changement
Analyse et suivi de performance
Piloter la mise en place Kpis et reporting à destination de la direction générale
Participer à la création et la planification de campagnes emails, SMS et bannières : création du brief, conception de la campagne, programmation dans l’outil CRM, envoi.

Profil:

Bac +4 ou bac +5 en Marketing, spécialisé dans le marketing digital
Une expérience dans la santé et le Marketing digital est un plus.
Vous êtes volontaire, rigoureux, force de proposition, autonome, efficace et polyvalent.
Vous avez une appétence forte pour le digital.
