Partner Onboarding Specialist (all genders)
in Teilzeit (20 Std./Woche) in unserer Division Partner & Commercial im Großraum Frankfurt zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt gesucht.
Deine Aufgaben:
Betreuung eines definierten Partnerportfolios der UTA Plus
Services: Neuanlagen, Stammdaten- und Konditionspflege,
Reklamationsbearbeitung sowie telefonische und schriftliche
Kommunikation mit PartnernOnboarding neuer Partner und Stationen sowie Pflege der
Partnerdatenbank in Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen TeamsVorbereitung und Verwaltung von Verträgen sowie Vertrags-
änderungen mit PartnernDirekte Akquise, Kommunikation und Verhandlung mit neuen und bestehenden Partnern
Erstellung von Reports und Datenanalysen sowie Unterstützung bei strategischen Projekten und Einkaufsstrategien
Dein Profil:
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Organisationsstärke sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
Lösungsorientierte, positive und proaktive Arbeitsweise
Sehr genaue Arbeitsweise, Präzision und fehlerfreies Arbeiten sind in dieser Position wichtig
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und
Schrift
