YOUR MISSION
At Glovo we are constantly looking for passionate and experienced engineers to join our IT Multimedia team in Barcelona. The team is responsible for the worldwide audiovisual services made of more than 230 Meeting rooms and 15 auditoriums.
We are seeking a Multimedia System Team Lead to join the team and help us scale up and produce more than 60 events per month. If you have a taste for challenges, video, audio and live event production, this would be the right place for you.

Lead the Multimedia section

Manage and coach a technical team

Oversee budget planning, cost control, and vendor relationships.

Manage projects in Audio visual, CCTV, and access control

Monitor team performance, ensuring compliance with KPIs, SLAs, and SLOs.

Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, automation, and proactive service management

Collaborate with other IT domains (network, system) to deliver seamless cross-functional services.

Implement and manage change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new tools and processes.

Communicate effectively across all levels of the company — from end users to senior leadership.
