About the Role 

Join our team and play a pivotal role in driving profitable growth by leading the development and execution of robust customer plans. You will be instrumental in translating strategic initiatives into tactical approaches, ensuring seamless implementation across our sales, category, marketing, and finance teams. This collaborative effort is key to achieving our ambitious annual targets. 

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Finance Analyst or Manager eager to gain hands-on commercial experience, or for an experienced Account Manager looking to significantly deepen their expertise in P&L management and financial acumen within a fast-paced environment. 

Note - this role is a 12-month fixed term contract.

 

How you will contribute 

  • Develop the pricing strategy for our Gifting & Seasonal portfolio, utilising all RGM levers and partnering with sales, marketing, and category planning to implement the strategy.

  • Understands market dynamics / consumer insights by channel to participate in trade marketing strategic decisions.

  • Understand and synthesise insights on category pricing activities across competitor price points, formats, and pack groups to unlock paths to category growth.

  • Lead alignment meetings with the Sales team on pricing plans.

  • Partner with category revenue teams to shape the financial delivery of your portfolios.

 

What you will bring 

  • Demonstrated experience in strategic category planning and driving growth through effective category leadership. 

  • A future-focused and curious mindset, with the ability to identify industry trends, leverage system solutions, and translate these insights into actionable business plans. 

  • Proficiency in developing and executing comprehensive business plans, including the measurement and monitoring of results, and formulating recommendations to achieve ambitious growth targets. 

  • Strong understanding of business planning principles and proven ability to maximise revenue growth. 

  • Exceptional stakeholder influencing skills, coupled with the ability to interact effectively across various functions and the resilience to present alternative viewpoints when necessary. 

  • Highly developed analytical skills and strong business acumen.
