IT Project Analyst 2

The IT Project Analyst 2 is a developing professional role. Applies specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data. Identifies policy gaps and formulates policies. Interprets data and makes recommendations. Researches and interprets factual information. Identifies inconsistencies in data or results, defines business issues and formulates recommendations on policies, procedures or practices. Integrates established disciplinary knowledge within own specialty area with basic understanding of related industry practices. Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area. Develops working knowledge of industry practices and standards. Limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided. Impact of the job holder is restricted to own team.
 

Requirements :

• Should Play a SME role for DWH and MR applications for both CGW & Wealth streams
• Should understand the functionalities of DWH applications for Wealth Biz for ASIA, EMEA and NAM regions
• Should work with multiple stake holders to fix the job abends and ensure the batch complete within SLA
• Applies working knowledge of technical and professional principles and concepts and in-depth knowledge of team objectives. Ensures the quality and service of self and others.
• Good understanding of procedures and concepts within own technical/subject area.
• Good understanding of how the team integrates with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area.
• Responsible for training team members, monitoring quantity and quality of work and providing feedback to employees on performance.
• Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of the team.

Skills :

• Functional knowledge of Retail Banking Products, Digital and Mobile Banking
• Functional knowledge of Wealth products for Citi bank
• Experience in Autosys and batch support
• Technical knowledge in Midrange, Java, Mobile, API, Cloud, Angular Processing and specialized in Banking
• Align with Management requirements to complete the End-to-End testing in lower environments
• Coordination and communication skill to present the right problem statement and guide team to logical solution or conclusion
• Working knowledge of Midrange, Java, ESB, TIBCO, API, Angular and Midrange Tools
• Experience with MIS reporting to all stakeholders and highlighting key risks and issues to Management

Qualifications:

• 2-5 Years experience in an IT project leadership role (combination of education/experience).

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities:

• Functional Knowledge of Banking, Cards, Wealth Management, Digital and Mobile Banking Products
• Working knowledge of Mainframe, QC and Mainframe Batch Tools.
• MIS reporting to all stakeholders and highlighting key risks and issues
• Support the GDLM Team  in Chennai for Management Site & Resource Strategy, India & Taiwan, Safety & Soundness, COVID Digital Acceleration
• As a member of a project team, performs specific tasks within specific business functions.
• Executes tasks and activities related to project communication, documentation and reporting.
• Collaborates in development of project business and system requirements.
• Develops requirement documentation.
• Communicates with management regarding status of specific projects.
• Provides project status tracking and metrics.
• Updates, reviews and publishes procedures and standards.
• Utilizes good understanding of IT project leadership procedures and concepts and basic knowledge of other technical areas.
• Applies good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area.
• Exchanges ideas and information in a concise and logical manner.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
