Lead with Purpose, Serve with Impact! Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service? Join our team as a Food Service Supervisor, where you’ll play a critical role in ensuring safe, high-quality dining experiences for patients, staff, and visitors.
In this dynamic role, you’ll oversee daily food service operations—leading, scheduling, and supporting a dedicated team while ensuring seamless execution across patient dining, retail, and catering services. From coaching and developing staff to stepping in wherever needed, you’ll be at the heart of the operation, ensuring every detail runs smoothly.
You’ll champion safety and compliance, maintaining a clean and sanitary environment while adhering to all regulatory and HACCP standards. Your attention to detail will ensure therapeutic diets are followed accurately, temperatures are monitored, and quality standards are consistently met across all service areas.
Beyond operations, you’ll drive performance—managing payroll, tracking meals served and costs, overseeing cash handling, and supporting quality improvement initiatives. You’ll also help forecast production needs, manage inventory, and ensure the department is always prepared to meet demand.
This is a highly visible, high-impact role where flexibility is key. You’ll step into various functions as needed—from cooking and tray assembly to retail and catering—while also serving as a trusted leader in the absence of senior management.
If you’re a proactive problem-solver with a passion for team leadership, operational excellence, and delivering outstanding service, we invite you to bring your energy and expertise to our team.
