Job Description
As a Software Engineer reporting to Sr. Manager - Software Engineering, you’ll play a critical role in enhancing client experiences and enabling global growth.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze regulatory reporting requirements, reporting templates, and relationships between reporting indicators to define accurate reporting logic.
Develop report logic, templates, electronic submission files, and validation rules using AxiomSL proprietary software.
Build data‑transformation algorithms to convert incoming data into structures suitable for regulatory report generation.
Perform unit testing of report builds and prepare documentation to support delivery to end users.
Implement and maintain software solutions by coding, testing, debugging, and working with Excel and similar tools for data handling and transformation.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities with excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Excel with a good understanding of database concepts (Oracle or MS SQL Server preferred).
Fast learner with strong teamwork, collaboration, and effective English communication skills (written and verbal).
Basic understanding of SDLC phases and release‑management processes.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in financial services, accounting, regulatory reporting, or FinTech.
Experience building client-facing products,
This position will be located in Wroclaw, Poland and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
