COMPANY: Since 1988, Goose Island Beer Co., Chicago's original craft brewery, has been shaping the craft beer scene here in Chicago and beyond. We have opened our new brewpub location next to the Salt Shed – an exciting waterfront dining and entertainment destination! The Goose Island Pub at the Salt Shed will offer a unique beer and culinary experience with a skyline-backed riverfront patio, alongside Chicago's best new music venue, which hosts 200+ concerts and events each year. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and high-quality dishes and are seeking talented new members to contribute to the success of our location. This is an exciting new opportunity to play a pivotal role in the culinary operations of our establishment. 

 

Goose Island is hiring part time seasonal servers at our Salt Shed Pub location! 

 

Employment Benefits:

Qualifications: 

  • At least one year's experience serving 

  • Available for a minimum of 15 hours per week 

  • Must be available on weekends and holidays 

  • Possess current, or be able to procure within 30 days of hire, Food Service Sanitation certification from an ANSI-approved program and Illinois Basset Certification 

 

Preferred: 

  • Open availability 

  • Basic knowledge of our company's history and beer brands 

  • Craft Beer Enthusiasts
