This is an on-site role based in Brno.

Manager Project Application Engineering (m/f/d)

What will be your task at this position?

• Lead and manage the growing Project Application Engineering department for MWM-based integrated power generation solutions.
• Ensure technical excellence and consistency across all project phases
• Oversee and drive system integration and engineering excellence for complex solutions, in a global team, for global projects
• Provide strategic and operational guidance to engineering and project teams, ensuring customer focus and alignment with business goals

What do we expect from a suitable candidate?

• Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or equivalent
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Passion for innovative engineering solutions and global projects
• Experience with all steps of design and execution of complex (power plant) projects
• Strong ability to translate complex customer needs into specifications and designs
• Business mindset and customer focus
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Fluency in English
