Electrical Project Application Engineer / Lead Engineer (m/f/d)

What will be your task at this position?

• Develop and maintain electrical designs for tailored power plant solutions, including CHP (combined heat & power) and auxiliary systems

• Perform engineering for integrated solution projects through all project phases
• Integrate power generation sub-systems, such as steam generator, chillers, heat pumps, exhaust heat exchangers & catalysts and other power generation equipment (e.g. Diesel, PV…)
• Provide support to global MWM sales and project management organizations, both from the office and during customer visits

What do we expect from a suitable candidate?

• Degree in electrical engineering or similar

• Proficiency in design of switchgear
• Ability to translate complex customer needs into specifications and designs
• Desired experience in (power) plant engineering, preferably with gas engine-based CHP plants
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel internationally
• A high level of self-motivation and ability to work independently
• Passion for innovative engineering solutions and global projects
• Fluency in English
