Job Description
We’re looking for an Account Specialist to join us here at Sign In Solutions. As our account specialist, we are looking for individuals to assist our existing customer base of over 25k+ customers to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The role is to oversee a portfolio of customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively assist in sales opportunities.
With a background in account management or related experience, responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and navigating sales cycles. As an Account Specialist you will also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities amoung existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Success, Marketing, and Product departments) to improve the entire customer experience. This position gives you an opportunity to grow within the organization to our Strategic and Global Account Management roles as well as branch into other parts of the organization.
If you are familiar with account management software (CRM), have a passion for working with customers, we’d like to meet you. Ideally, candidates for this role will know how to meet ambitious individual and team-wide sales goals.
