What you need to know about this position:
Lead the commercial and execution strategy for the Modern Trade Channel for some key accounts in Chile, ensuring the achievement of sales, profitability, distribution, and market share objectives, in alignment with Mondelez’s global and regional guidelines.
What extra ingredients you will bring:
Develop and execute commercial plans for key modern trade customers.
Lead negotiations of commercial terms and agreements with key accounts.
Ensure flawless execution at point of sale: visibility, planograms, promotions, pricing, and availability.
Manage and develop the assigned sales and trade marketing team.
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs): volume, revenue, profitability, in-store execution, and coverage.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, supply chain, and shopper marketing teams.
Identify growth and efficiency opportunities within the modern trade channel
Ensure compliance with budget and commercial investment policies.
Job specific requirements:
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial roles, with at least 4 years leading the modern trade channel.
Strong knowledge of the Chilean market and modern trade dynamics.
Experience managing key accounts.
Strong negotiation, leadership, strategic thinking, and results orientation.
Intermediate to advanced English. Proficient in digital tools.
