Requirements Include:
-Minimum two or more years of ambulatory, clinic or physician practice care experience required preferably in a recognized Patient Centered Medical Home or similarly recognized program.
-NYS RN License-required
-BLS-required
Some Responsibilities Include:
-Assist providers with lab and imaging results
-Assist in day-to-day clinical operations.
-In office injections
-Assist in office procedures/testing
Monday - Friday 10a-6p; rotating Saturdays
Salary Range: $110,000 - $125,000
