Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Integrated Planning and Scheduling Specialist (IP&S) - (Associate or Mid-Level) to support the Air Dominance Proprietary Program in Hazelwood, MO reporting to the AD Proprietary Program Sr. IP&S Manager.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Primary responsibility will be supporting development of integrated schedules for coded project for F-15, potential work transfers/ movements, and help drive conversations to raise awareness of disconnects and bringing teams together as needed to resolve.  

  • Supports preparation, development, and coordination of an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements

  • Assists with the development of program plans, and schedules and coordinates with affected organizations, documents work statements, and resulting schedules

  • Supports the integration of program plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functions, product groups, suppliers, and partners of moderate complexity

  • Identifies and reports performance variances

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • More than 1 year of experience in program planning, project management, integrated scheduling, Industrial Engineering, Business Operations, and/or related disciplines.

  • More than 1 year of experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives.

  • More than 1 year of experience working with Microsoft Office Applications.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Level 3: More than 3 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher

  • 1+ years’ experience using Integrated Scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Open Plan Professional, Primavera, etc.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range for associate (Level 2) USD $76,500 – $103,500

Summary pay range for associate (Level 3): USD $94,350- $127,650
