Brief Description
As a Media Planning Manager, you will be responsible for integrated media and communication planning for a global client, encompassing both online and offline channels. While digitally-focused, this client actively engages in offline campaigns, so we expect planning that leverages both your online and offline skills.

Qualifications and Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working at an advertising agency, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in offline and online media planning, or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with E-commerce clients is a significant advantage.
- Business- level communication skills in Japanese and English.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience and skills in English presentations and document creation.
- Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking.
- Team leader experience is a significant advantage.
In this role, your goals will be:
In three months:
- Understand the client's business and be able to collaborate with the Associate Director on media planning in your own words from the fourth month onwards.
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to establish a foundation for your work.
In six months:
- Lead at least one project from proposal to execution.
- Understand the latest trends in competitors and media, and be able to share them internally and externally.
