The Position

Job Summary:

Responsible for assisting regional SI IT team construction, cross-function working for (digital) solution innovation, integration & promotion, key account management. Meanwhile, act as a core driver integrating system architecture, IT consulting, and AI implementation to serving as a bridge between cutting-edge technology and the IVD business ecosystem.

Main  Tasks & Responsibilities :

Responsible for technical governance in complex scenarios and the architecture of smart laboratories, independently driving the production-ready integration and automation of full-stack, microservice, and AI (LLM/Agent) technologies. Experience in HarmonyOS ecosystem adaptation or migration is highly preferred.

Monitor customer change request to ensure IT project process are followed with good implementation and documentation maintenance in regular manner

Consolidate success cooperation story of IT & Digital Solution features with WF & Healthcare team for promotion, expand the influence of Roche MyLab+ concept.

Interview key account to collect product / solution feedback and competitor’s update, improve & optimize business competitiveness

Engage in regional important tender support, by providing diversified solutions to reply to the critical trend of the low-price product competition.

Work closely with sales team in order to support sales effort
Coach and evaluate IT Consulting & Digital Solution team members on professional skills
Other tasks or projects assigned by line manager
Conduct business in full compliance including but not limited to Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, Roche Safety, Security Health and Environmental Protection

Understand and fulfill the responsibility of line manager's SHE tasks and duties (as defined in SHE handbook)

Basic Requirements of the Job:

At least Bachelor Degree in appropriate computer science or IT Degree. Holder of the Master Degree is preferred.

At least 5 years IT support / project experience in the IT industry. Work experience in digital solution& HIS/ LIS hospital laboratory / Interfacing / Embodied AI preferred

Experience in software development is preferred. 

Excellent oral and written English skills; strong presentation and communication skills and open minded
