What You’ll Do

• Design scalable enablement programs to support enterprise-wide adoption of AI tools
• Develop tailored learning journeys for different user personas and maturity levels
• Promote best practices and increase user autonomy across teams
• Facilitate workshops, hands-on sessions, and training programs for business, technical, and executive audiences
• Translate technical AI capabilities into practical, productivity-focused use cases
• Adapt content and delivery approach to different audiences and contexts
• Create instructional materials, playbooks, user guides, templates, and enablement assets
• Develop reusable frameworks to ensure scalability and long-term sustainability
• Define and track adoption, engagement, and learning effectiveness metrics
• Recommend continuous improvements based on outcomes and participant feedback
• Evolve training content as new AI capabilities and features are introduced

What You Bring

• Proven experience in corporate training, enablement, or change adoption in enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience with generative AI and automation tools (Claude, Gemini, Glean, N8N)
• Ability to facilitate sessions for both executive and technical audiences
• Strong communication, facilitation, and instructional design skills
• Autonomous, consultative, and outcome-oriented approach

Nice to have

• Experience supporting digital transformation or large-scale AI adoption initiatives
• Background in regulated industries such as financial services, fintech, or technology
• Knowledge of instructional design methodologies and learning frameworks
• Portfolio of AI training or enablement programs

English level

English proficiency for technical documentation and stakeholder communication
