You ensure that customer plans are developed and executed by supporting the delivery of strategies and tactics for growth. You understand the business metrics and financial drivers needed to unlock profitable growth for Mondelēz International and our customers and work with key account managers to implement plans to deliver our annual target.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Lead channel and partner on customer strategy- right investment into the right strategic retail environment (RE) and identify in-store levers to drive growth.
  • Implementation and monitoring of National 5P strategy – providing the right targets (volume, distributions, visibilities, pricing strategies, pack strategies) to channel/sales managers.
  • Lead, monitor and govern delivery vs plan in execution of big bets activations, new product launches and additional scale-up plan.
  • Monitor and governs the right promotion and pricing depth strategies for different RE/customers.
  • Execute initiatives by RE such as Perfect store, checkout and home shelves initiatives.
  • Lead sales planning process to determine sufficiency in revenue plan by RE to deliver channel/customers revenues and spends KPIs, as well as identify any opportunities and risk in the plan.
  • Work with finance manager and demand planning team to ensure forecast and accruals are reflected in system correctly.
  • Lead channel meeting in cascading plans timely to channel/sales managers.
  • Plan and lead customer specific joint business plan with channel/sales managers.
