Work Hours - Fri/Sat/Sun 6:00am-6:30pm

Job Overview:

Provides administrative support to the Human Resources Department; supports payroll functions, schedules appointments/interviews; logs and tracks applicants; helps with recruitment; assists in new hire orientations, acts as liaison with union and Home Office, Processes invoices; Maintains HR files; Special Projects as assigned. Duties include but not limited to data entry, file maintenance, translation, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Strong written/verbal communication skills.
• Prior Human Resources experience.
• 1-3 yrs. administrative/business experience.
• Must be highly organized with the ability to multitask.
• Ability to prioritize.
• Demonstrated ability to respond/work effectively in rapidly changing environment.
• Able to maintain high level of confidentiality.
• Strong PC skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point)

Compensation - $24.00 /per hour

This position has a starting pay range of USD $21.00 to $25.75 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
