Highlights:
DaysSummary: The Security Officer II shall protect Baptist Health patients, employees, and properties by patrolling the facility grounds, responding to emergencies, assisting patients, employees and visitors, controlling vehicular and foot traffic, and operating security CCTV. This position may have additional duties assigned that are within scope of the role. Education / Experience: High School graduate or equivalent required. Prior civilian or military law enforcement experience preferred. POST certification or DD-214 required. Annual Firearms qualification with a minimum score of 70% or higher. Valid Alabama Drivers License and acceptable driving record required. License / Certification: Pistol permit required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
