About the Role

We are looking for a Commercial Analytics Lead with a strong commercial and business mindset to drive data‑based insights that support sales performance, portfolio decisions, and overall commercial effectiveness.

This role goes beyond reporting. You will act as a business partner to Sales and Commercial teams, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and commercial stakeholders to support decision‑making in a fast‑paced, consumer‑driven environment.

This position is ideal for candidates with a background in Business Analytics or Sales Operations, who are ready to take ownership of commercial analytics and influence business outcomes.

What You Will Do

  • Lead commercial analytics activities for the local market and support cluster/regional needs as required.
  • Translate sales, market, and performance data into clear commercial insights that support decision‑making.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance trackers to monitor sales effectiveness, portfolio performance, and key KPIs.
  • Act as a thought partner to Sales and Commercial leaders, providing data‑driven perspectives and recommendations.
  • Coordinate data collection and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
  • Collaborate closely with commercial data specialists and other internal stakeholders.
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of analytics tools and processes.
  • Build deep business understanding of channels, customers, and market dynamics.

Who You Are

  • Proven experience in Business Analytics, Commercial Analytics, or Sales Operations.
  • Strong business and commercial acumen — ability to interpret data in a commercial context, not just report numbers.
  • Experience in FMCG or Consumer Healthcare (OTC) environments.
  • Exposure to complex, matrixed commercial organizations.
