Your Role:
As a Retail Marketing Specialist, you will support retail marketing execution, product activation, and robotics demonstration programs across marketing, sales, and experiential initiatives. This role combines traditional retail marketing responsibilities with hands-on robot operation, making you a key contributor to how customers experience FF’s robotics technology in real-world environments.
You will be trained as a robot operator and will support live demonstrations, product showcases, company tours, and customer-facing events to ensure a seamless, engaging, and high-quality brand experience. You will also work with robotics hardware and software engineering team and assist on their daily operations, testing and validation
Key Responsibilities:
- Retail Marketing Execution: Support execution of retail marketing initiatives that drive sales conversion, brand awareness, and engagement. Assist in coordinating local campaigns, events, in-store activations and customer engagement events to ensure consistent brand execution.
- Partner Marketing Support: Liaise with local retail partner teams to ensure alignment on marketing calendars, promotional plans, and execution details. Serve as a key liaison between HQ and the retail network, ensuring timely updates, training, and support for in-store initiatives.
- Robotics Marketing, Sales Demo & On-site Execution: Serve as a trained robot operator supporting all robotics demonstrations across marketing and sales activities and company tours, including product launches, exhibitions, and client presentations. Manage end-to-end demo execution, including setup, real-time robot operation, adjustments during live sessions, and post-event reset, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and strong user experience.
- Experience Optimization & Feedback Loop: Continuously improve demo flow, timing, interaction quality, and storytelling based on internal feedback and audience response. Contribute ideas to enhance customer engagement and improve overall robotics presentation experience. Support iterative improvements to demo scripts, operating procedures, and user experience design.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with communications, product marketing, sales, experiential marketing, and creative teams to ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints. Support internal communications to ensure all retail locations are informed and equipped for upcoming marketing activities.
- Vendor & Partner Coordination: Work with external agencies, suppliers, and mall partners to facilitate campaign delivery and in-store activations. Collect quotes, manage purchase orders, and track invoices to support budget management.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in retail marketing, event marketing or field marketing, preferably within the robotics, AI, or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of dealer/franchisee environments and the ability to manage partner relationships effectively.
- Proven success in driving regional marketing strategies and optimizing consumer engagement at the local level.
- Strong interest in robotics, AI, or emerging technologies.
- Experience working with digital, media, and creative agencies.
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to dealer locations or regional markets as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in tech product demos, robotics demonstrations, or hardware showcase environments.
- Exposure to startup, consumer electronics, or automotive industries.
- Ability to present confidently in front of external audiences.
- Strong interest in human–robot interaction or AI-driven experiences.
- Experience supporting live events, exhibitions, or product launches.
Salary Range:
($80,000-$90,000 DOE), plus benefits and incentive plans
