THE ROLE:
As part of the Demand Generation team and reporting to the Senior Regional Marketing Manager-East/Canada, you will work with field sales in the Northeast US to drive pipeline in the Enterprise segment through a highly-visible portfolio of regional marketing programs and events. A successful candidate will have strong knowledge of integrated marketing programs and know how to align those programs to corporate goals. The role will require proven ability to work with vendors, partners and internal teams, execute in-person and virtual events, email, direct mail, and must have the ability to effectively work collaboratively and cross-functionally.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own the end-to-end planning, execution, and performance reporting of all regional marketing programs
- Manage campaign and program budgets to maximize pipeline impact and ROI across the assigned region
- Partner with field sales leadership to identify priorities and deploy programs aligned to pipeline and revenue targets
- Ensure campaign-generated leads are accurately captured, routed, and delivered to Sales in a timely manner
- Coordinate with sales and sales development representative (SDR) teams on pre-campaign readiness and post-campaign follow-up to drive conversion
- Research, evaluate, and launch events, sponsorships, and in-person marketing initiatives aligned to regional and corporate goals
- Communicate program plans, timelines, and results to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership
- Oversee the regional fulfillment process, including promotional inventory and vendor management
- Identify and share best practices across regions to improve execution and performance
- Collaborate with Channel and ISV partners to execute and support local partner marketing programs
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of marketing experience
- Bachelor’s Degree; Marketing preferred
- Experience with marketing automation & CRM platforms a plus (preferably with Marketo and Salesforce)
- Experience in creating, planning and executing integrated, ROI-driven marketing and lead generation programs, ABM experience a plus.
- Strong analytical abilities. You love working with data, analyzing outcomes, and scoping out key insights to establish continuous optimization.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, environment where you may have to wear multiple hats.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be a self-starter who excels at multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Organization and time management skills, rigor, attention to details
- Ability to travel within region for meetings and events
- Team player/collaborative/great attitude
