About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Valuations Coordinator in Asset Monitoring Borrowing Base Team as part of Wholesale Lending Operations division. This position is responsible for Asset Based Lending analysis, including but not limited to accounts receivable and accounts payable as well as credit insurance common to asset-based lending. In this role, you will:

  • Supports the review and analysis of Asset-Based Lending (ABL) data by following established procedures and guidelines

  • Applies foundational knowledge of borrowing base concepts to assess documentation

  • Reviews materials to support compliance with credit policy, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements

  • Identifies potential gaps or risk items under guidance and escalates as appropriate

  • Gathers, reconciles, and validates information across multiple enterprise systems

  • Documents findings clearly for review and audit purposes

  • Develops recommended actions aligned with documented processes

  • Independently handles routine matters while escalating higher-risk or exception items to senior staff for direction


Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of Valuations or Lending support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Accounting or finance experience

  • Experience with internal systems: Automated Financial System (AFS), Electronic Tracking Reporting and Compliance (eTrac), Blast

  • Experience with pipeline management

  • Ability to review and interpret complex commercial loan documents

  • Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.

  • Ability to meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.
