Verantwoordelijkheden:

• Installeren en opzetten van mechatronische systemen

• Zelfstandig uitvoeren van routinematige onderhoudstaken, inspecties en procedures

• Deelnemen aan trainingsprogramma’s om geavanceerde mechanische, elektrische en controls-technische kennis te ontwikkelen voor jezelf en teamleden

• Uitvoeren van preventieve onderhoudsactiviteiten volgens werkvoorschriften

• Storingen opsporen en repareren van mechanische systemen

• Monitoren en oplossen van mechanische problemen en de relatie ervan tot software- en PLC-gerelateerde problemen

• Troubleshooten en repareren van elektrische apparatuur en besturingssystemen met minimale ondersteuning

• Reparatie en revisie van apparatuur

• Nauwkeurig en gedetailleerd bijhouden van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden, verbruikte onderdelen en voorraadniveaus in EAMS (Enterprise Asset Management System) om te voldoen aan wettelijke vereisten en optimalisatie van onderhoudsvoorraden te ondersteunen

• De prestaties van de productielocatie volgen op mechanisch en softwarematig niveau, en proactief optreden om kleine en grote problemen te voorkomen

• Minder ervaren medewerkers trainen en instrueren op het gebied van mechanische systemen, elektrische en besturingssystemen, veilige werkmethoden, juiste reparatieprocedures en apparatuurbediening

• Ondersteunen en naleven van alle relevante beleidslijnen en procedures om een veilige, ongevalsvrije en gezonde werkomgeving te bevorderen

• Minder ervaren medewerkers trainen en instrueren
   

De Mechatronic Technician 3 is een zeer gemotiveerde en resultaatgerichte professional die gedijt in een dynamische omgeving en er trots op is verwachtingen te overtreffen, terwijl hij of zij expertise inzet om een significante bijdrage te leveren aan de operationele uitmuntendheid van de toegewezen faciliteit.

Vereisten:

• Dit is een midden- tot gevorderd niveau functie met 5–8 jaar relevante ervaring met toenemende verantwoordelijkheden, of een combinatie van opleiding en ervaring

• Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding, vaktechnische opleiding of gelijkwaardig niveau via werkervaring is gewenst maar niet verplicht

• Geavanceerde ervaring met pneumatiek, hydrauliek en mechanische systemen

• Nederlandse taal – pré

• Geavanceerde beheersing van de Engelse taal – verplicht

• Gemiddelde ervaring met elektrische en besturingssystemen

• Gemiddelde ervaring met software- en PLC-systemen gerelateerd aan mechanische besturing van machines

• Vermogen om effectief storingen op te sporen en te repareren

• Basiskennis en begrip bij het uitvoeren van reparatietaken in projecten gerelateerd aan warehouse operations, warehouse design, warehousing- en bedrijfsprocessen, procesverbetering en standaardisatie

• Uitstekende communicatie- en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden, met het vermogen om effectief samen te werken met collega’s en cross-functionele teams

• Nauwkeurigheid en aandacht voor detail met een sterke focus op kwaliteit en veiligheid

• Vaardigheid in EAMS-systemen en documentatieprocedures

• Vermogen om effectief te communiceren, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, en om te gaan met mensen met verschillende technische en zakelijke achtergronden

• In staat om meerdere taken tegelijkertijd te beheren

• Bestaande ervaring met een Pack to Patient-systeem is zeer gewenst

Cencora biedt een vriendelijke en inspirerende werkomgeving. De locatie in Veghel bevat een hoogstaand geautomatiseerd systeem voor farmaceutische fulfilment. De site beheert een van de grootste farmaceutische warehouses en directe patiëntleveringsfaciliteiten van het land. De automatiseringsopzet is uitdagend en innovatief.

Cencora heeft bijzondere aandacht voor een gezonde werkomgeving en het zijn van een geweldige werkplek. Je maakt deel uit van een groter engineersteam, maar wordt volledig getraind om het Central Fulfilment Pharmacy Department zelfstandig te runnen. Deze afdeling is verantwoordelijk voor directe leveringen van geneesmiddelen aan patiënten, waarbij tijdige en volledige levering essentieel is. Om aan klantbehoeften te voldoen, is optimale performance van de Pack to Patient-lijnen noodzakelijk. Jouw belangrijkste focus is het waarborgen van de optimale werking van deze geautomatiseerde lijnen. Je werkt ook nauw samen met de productiecollega’s die de dagelijkse operatie uitvoeren.

Het Cencora-magazijn in Veghel biedt verschillende soorten hooggeautomatiseerde installaties in diverse productieafdelingen, wat het een interessante en innovatieve werkplek maakt, met veel mogelijkheden om je mechanische en technische vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen. Bij ambitie kun je worden opgeleid voor meer automatiseringssystemen.

The Mechatronic Technician 3, under the guidance of AMRE Leadership, plays a vital role in maintaining our technical equipment. This position is essential to ensuring the efficient operation and reliability of Cencora’s assets. Responsibilities are varied and include advanced mechanical and electrical/controls expertise, strong technical aptitude, analytical abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Install and set up mechatronic systems

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, inspections, and procedures independently

• Participate in training programs to further develop advanced mechanical, electrical, and controls knowledge for self and team members

• Execute preventive maintenance activities according to work instructions

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues and their interaction with software and PLC systems

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment and control systems with minimal assistance

• Repair and rebuild equipment

• Accurately maintain records of work performed, parts used, and inventory levels in the EAMS (Enterprise Asset Management System) to ensure regulatory compliance and inventory optimization

• Monitor production site performance on both mechanical and software levels and proactively prevent minor and major issues

• Train and instruct less experienced personnel on mechanical systems, electrical and control systems, safe work practices, proper repair procedures, and equipment operation

• Support and comply with all relevant policies and procedures to promote a safe, accident-free, and healthy workplace

Requirements

• Mid- to advanced-level position requiring 5–8 years of relevant experience with progressive responsibilities, or a combination of education and experience

• Associate degree, trade school program, or equivalent experience preferred but not required

• Advanced experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical systems

• Dutch language – a plus

• Advanced English proficiency – required

• Moderate experience with electrical and control systems

• Moderate experience with software and PLC systems related to mechanical machine control

• Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment effectively

• Demonstrated basic knowledge in projects related to warehouse operations, warehouse design, warehouse and business systems, process improvement, and standardization

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and functions

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety

• Proficiency with EAMS systems and technical documentation

• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences and act as a liaison between different stakeholders

• Strong communication skills with on-site and off-site colleagues, including production team members

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

• Tactful discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information

• Ability to identify the appropriate level of detail and effort for assigned tasks

• Proficiency with basic software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite

Work Environment

Cencora offers a friendly and dynamic work environment. The Veghel site features highly sophisticated automation for pharmaceutical fulfillment and operates one of the largest pharmaceutical warehouses and direct-to-patient fulfillment facilities in the country. The automation setup is innovative, complex, and challenging.

You will be part of a larger engineering team and receive full training to independently operate the Central Fulfilment Pharmacy Department. This department is responsible for direct-to-patient pharmaceutical deliveries, where on-time and in-full performance is critical.

Your primary focus will be ensuring optimal performance of the Pack to Patient automated lines, working closely with production staff responsible for day-to-day operations.
