About the role
What You'll Do:
- Lead proactive, strategic analysis to identify, size, and prioritize growth opportunities across Verticals, Segments, Brands, Retailers, and Categories - including net new business, market penetration, cross-sell, and upsell
- Develop and own scalable analytical frameworks and processes that support Commercial teams in making data-driven decisions
- Drive the AI strategy and implementation roadmap for RevOps - identifying high-impact use cases, championing adoption of AI-powered tools, and leading efforts to automate recurring analysis and reporting workflows
- Partner with RevOps Business Partners and Region Leadership to feed opportunity sizing into quarterly forecasting, annual planning, and close-the-gap initiatives
- Contribute to strategic action plans by Vertical and Segment, translating analytical findings into clear recommendations
- Become the Subject Matter Expert on the business' core growth levers: New Business, Retention, and Expansion
- Drive regular cadence through pipeline reviews to measure commercial progress, leveraging tools such as Salesforce and internal BI platforms
- Feed the Global Reporting Roadmap with reporting consolidation needs and scalable solutions
- Support ad-hoc strategic and analytical requests from leadership
Who You Are:
- 4-5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Data Analytics, Strategy & Consulting, or Financial Planning, with increasing scope and responsibility
- Outstanding analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate complex data into strategic insights and recommendations for senior audiences
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, Mode, etc.)
- Comfortable working with CRM data (Salesforce strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of GTM funnels, SaaS/Retail Media metrics, and revenue-centric KPIs
- Proven ability to identify and implement AI-powered tools and workflows to accelerate analysis, automate reporting, and drive operational efficiency across a team or function
- Excellent ability to craft compelling narratives and present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong presentation skills and advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Detail-oriented with sharp problem-solving skills and a bias toward action
- Experience in AdTech, Retail Media, Consulting, FP&A, or Sales Operations preferred
