WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US
SimCorp Dimension® is our integrated front‑to‑back investment management platform, used by leading global financial institutions. To stay ahead of industry needs, we continuously enhance our solutions and improve how we deliver and support them.
Our Advanced Delivery Center (ADC) — located in Warsaw, Manila, and Mexico City — enables close collaboration with clients across EMEA, APAC, and North America. Within the ADC, our Business Consultants ensure tailored configuration and smooth deployment of SimCorp Dimension.
We are now looking for a Lead Business Consultant to work in our IBOR team located in the ADC in Mexico.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Lead and support all phases of SimCorp Dimension implementations, including configuration, testing, documentation, and training
- Translate client requirements into efficient SimCorp Dimension processes, identifying opportunities for improvements
- Design end‑to‑end solution workflows that align with client needs and best‑practice operational models
- Configure standard solutions and develop customized setups where needed
- Help clients define test strategies and plans, and support them through test execution, issue resolution, and validation
- Deliver configuration and end‑user training to ensure clients can operate and optimize their SimCorp Dimension environment with confidence
- Continuously expand your knowledge of both SimCorp Dimension and clients’ business processes to ensure optimal solution delivery
WHAT WE VALUE

- A university degree in Finance, Economics, Math, Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in the financial sector
- Solid understanding of financial instruments, capital markets, and investment processes
- Good knowledge of middle‑ and back‑office workflows
- Deep expertise in at least one area: transaction processing, reconciliation, settlements, or SWIFT
- Experience with business analysis, requirements gathering, and working within a project lifecycle
- A results‑driven, structured, and curious mindset with a global outlook
- Ability to plan and manage daily responsibilities, stay focused, and follow through on tasks
- Clear and effective communication skills, especially in virtual and international environments
- Fluency in English
- Basic knowledge of accounting concepts (e.g., schemes, accounts, fund administration)
- Effective coordination, interpersonal, and stakeholder‑management abilities
