About the opportunity
Join our growing Performance Marketing team and take ownership of our paid media channels. In this role, you shape, launch, and optimise high‑impact campaigns across Google Ads and Paid Social, working closely with content, design, and campaign teams. You drive data‑driven decisions, maximise ROI, and ensure best‑in‑class digital performance across all channels.
Your tasks include
Leading the strategy, execution, and optimisation of paid media campaigns across Google Ads (SEA, Pmax, DemandGen, Shopping) and Social Media (LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit), including re-targeting and third‑party collaborations,
Managing and allocating budgets effectively to maximise ROI
Analysing campaign performance, identifying optimisation opportunities, and delivering actionable insights,
Consulting internal stakeholders by providing performance insights, paid media recommendations, and best practices,
Collaborating closely with content, design, and campaign teams and managing external freelancers or agencies,
Staying up to date on digital advertising innovations, platform changes, and emerging trends to ensure continuous channel improvement.
Your profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field,
Proven experience managing and hands on executing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Social Media(Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit);
Knowledge of CRM and reporting tools such as SFDC, Adobe Analytics, Eloqua, and windsor.ai,
Experience using advanced attribution models (e.g., MMM, MTA) to measure and evaluate campaign performance will be a plus,
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into data‑driven decisions and optimize campaigns accordingly,
Confident communicator with experience presenting insights,recommendations and performance updates to stakeholders and leadership,
Proven ability to thrive in small, collaborative, high‑performing teams with a willingness to combine strategic ownership with day-to-day campaign execution.
