Summary:
The Associate Business Manager (BM) at LG will design, develop, and manage activities for a specific product or group of products from the planning stage through production, release, and end of the product lifecycle. This role is essential in coordinating efforts across design, process, manufacturing, test, quality, and marketing teams, ensuring seamless production and distribution. The Associate BM will oversee market research, competitive analysis, and customer need identification to drive product positioning and pricing strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Suggest product enhancements to improve the user experience.
  • Coordinate with other departments to deliver functional solutions.
  • Conduct research to identify customer needs and market gaps.
  • Prioritize the implementation of new features and set timelines.
  • Monitor and report on users' reactions post-launch.
  • Create support and training documents for internal and external users.
  • Participate in system configuration.
  • Gather and analyze competitive intelligence and messaging.
  • Analyze market trends and products and make recommendations for changes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is required with 2+ years of experience in competitive intelligence, product management, strategic marketing, or strategy/management consulting required.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Proficiency in both English and Korean is a plus
