The Job:
As the Data and Marketing Assistant, you’ll be part of our marketing team working as a remote employee. You’ll get to:
- Spare Parts Material Master Data Management.
- Parts Pricing (including list price allocation, pricing matrix support for all markets, vendor pricing).
- Ad Hoc SAP Spare Parts Master Data maintenance.
- Maintaining the interface between Service Technical Engineering and the SAP Material Master.
- Service support contact for market queries.
- Monitor and align the service data bases (Global Service Information System, SAP, Service Web 2helpU; CRM support).
- Digital Marketing - Supporting Marketing Manager with digital support: EANZ Service Website (including website administration).
- Key reports and Data Analysis.
- Analyze market development needs, competition, customer reviews and data collection.
- Projects to support the Marketing of Service across EANZ.
The Person:

- Higher degree in Marketing or other relevant, or equivalent through work experience.
- Relevant experience in Customer Service, Marketing (data side of Marketing) or other relevant.
- Advanced Excel knowledge and strong SAP skills.
- Nice to have: Salesforce, Google Analytics, Website development.
