Role Description
Maintenance Reliability Manager is responsible for leading the overall maintenance and equipment reliability strategy and is responsible for improvement of all facilities in the Plant, as well as for maintenance department and reliability in general, by following administrative procedures and processes, to ensure that the work is performed in a safe, efficient and cost-effective manner.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop high proficiency working within the maintenance management system and utilize its functionality in managing maintenance activities.
- Implement, edit and manage all maintenance strategies that include, but are not limited to, coordination of task execution, root cause analysis, reliability-based maintenance, preventive and predictive maintenance, reliability-based lubrication, development of energy models and energy management and standardization activities.
- Participate in daily meetings about maintenance and coordination of production, and develop communication with the other departments in the Plant
- Work on development of a high-performance leadership team through selection, development and promotion of effective leaders and managers.
- Work on implementation of plans, objectives and assignments in maintenance department, that provide the greatest possibility for achievement of Plant goals.
- Review and interpret KPI indicators and develop methods for tracking performance against key initiatives.
- Develop and monitor maintenance budgets and participate in Plant audits and/or assessments
- Determine the skill level of your employees, evaluate performance, seek and identify training opportunities as needed.
- Establish programs to ensure availability of equipment, spare parts and materials for maintenance
- Perform supervisory activities in line with the policies of the organization and applicable laws
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in maintenance or similar roles
- Excellent computer skills and use of MS Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Advanced English language skills
- Team spirit
- Adaptability, agility, patience, ability to meet tight deadlines
