About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Account Director (or an experienced SAM with 2 – 3 years’ experience who is ready to step up) to join our team of brand storytellers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to take a leadership role across clients like eBay and Coca-Cola, as well as other exciting consumer tech, entertainment, and/or lifestyle brands.

As a senior leader in our organisation, you will be at the forefront of shaping brand strategy and offering high-level counsel to our clients, combining a mastery of the fundamentals with a passion for insight-driven consultancy.  

You will nurture and develop top-performing teams in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with other specialists in the business to produce memorable campaigns that include publicity, media relations, earned influence and immersive brand experiences. 

Your ability to guide teams and stakeholders, along with creative, strategic, and digital partners, will be key to delivering exceptional results for our clients.

What you’ll do: 

  • Play a key role in building and crafting campaigns that work across all channels, steering brand strategy and providing high-level client counsel.  
  • Lead the end-to-end project management of multi-faceted campaigns, ensuring executional excellence by meticulously managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Operate as a subject matter expert, applying consulting expertise and industry knowledge across different industry landscapes.  
  • Excel as aintegrated agency village lead across accounts, fostering seamless collaboration between PR, creative, social, and paid media teams to deliver unified and impactful work. 
  • Spearhead the ideation and execution of high-impact events and talent-led activations, managing all aspects from concept to on-the-ground delivery.  
  • Craft and oversee the development of powerful brand messaging, from reactive Q&As to compelling press materials. 
  • Understand what it takes to deliver the vision, performance, and growth requirements of the business.
  • Develop and deliver internal programs to strengthen company culture and team performance.

  • You are an exceptional writer and messaging strategist, with a portfolio that showcases your ability to craft compelling narratives and impactful copy for a variety of audiences and channels. 
  • You have demonstrated experience in event and talent management, with an ability to shape unforgettable brand moments that generate buzz and drive conversation. 
  • You are a true collaborator who thrives as part of a dynamic, integrated agency team, with experience working alongside creative, strategic, and digital specialists to bring big ideas to life.
