What You Will Do:
Role Purpose
To drive operational excellence by leading Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives across the site through structured deployment of Lean methodologies, standardization, root cause analysis, and capability building. The role focuses on eliminating waste, improving productivity, enhancing quality, and building a sustainable CI culture.
Role:
1. Lean Deployment & Process Excellence
Drive end-to-end process optimization using Lean tools (Kaizen, 5S, TPM, VSM, Standard Work) to eliminate waste, improve flow, and enhance productivity.
Identify bottlenecks, implement layout/process improvements, and institutionalize standardized processes across the organization.
Lead Zero-Defect initiatives and drive Relentless Root Cause Analysis (RRCA) for sustainable improvements.
2. Continuous Improvement Project Execution
Lead and deliver cross-functional CI projects within defined time, cost, and performance targets.
Plan and facilitate Kaizen events, improvement workshops, and track measurable business impact (OEE, cost, quality, delivery).
Establish KPI dashboards, monitor performance metrics, and provide structured updates to leadership.
3. Capability Building & CI Culture
- Build Lean capability by training and coaching teams on problem-solving methodologies.
- Drive 5S, CI ideas, and visual management systems across designated areas.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical / Industrial / Production / Manufacturing preferred).
- 5–8 years of manufacturing experience with exposure to Lean / CI deployment.
- Certification in Lean / Six Sigma (Green Belt preferred).
- Experience in TPM, Kaizen facilitation, and Value Stream Mapping.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
