Global Quality and Food Safety Specialist (H/F/X)
Location: Aimargues (near Montpellier)
Type of contract: Permanent (CDI)

What are we looking for?
- B.S. or M.S. in Food Science, Quality, or Supply Chain.
- 5-10 years of experience in Quality and Food Safety Management or Supply Chain, with strong knowledge of distribution quality and traceability standards.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 22000/FSSC, or BRC Storage & Distribution standards.
- Proficiency in IT systems such as WMS, Agnostic, and SAP.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- Proven ability to lead and influence across regions and functions.
- Strong understanding of business processes, systems, and change management.
- Excellent networking skills and ability to deliver projects through others remotely.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Act as the global Quality &Food Safety Specialist for standards and procedures related to Distribution Quality Management, Traceability, Hold & Release, and Product Disposal.
- Lead global compliance roadmaps for these standards across the distribution network and manufacturing sites where applicable.
- Ensure calibration and efficiency of gap assessments and define concession needs.
- Facilitate the RC QiD/QiM Community of Practice (COP), driving collaboration, knowledge sharing, training, and continuous improvement.
- Provide functional expertise in market traceability IT systems (e.g., Agnostic Corp system) and support global deployment.
- Offer technical guidance for risk assessments, development, evaluation, and validation of new requirements and capabilities.
- Serve as the key liaison with Petcare and corporate teams on distribution quality and traceability matters.
- Maintain regular communication with VCO and R&D/QFS leadership teams and manage escalations when necessary.
