職務貢獻

本職為業務代表,直屬台灣外科手術業務主管。
須依產品組合與客戶分層規劃,評估業務覆蓋策略,妥善配置業務人力、運用銷售通路;同時檢視現行經銷體系、間接銷售商業模式與通路合作成效。
日常業務範圍涵蓋負壓傷口治療、手術敷料、肌膚護理相關產品,主要服務外科、加護病房等單位,負責推廣舒萬諾全系列醫療產品。

提供客戶產品教育訓練與臨床應用技術支援 開發並維護客戶往來關係 與區域經銷商業務人員協同合作 負責台北、桃園區域客戶相關業務執行

資格條件

大學(專科)以上學歷,具護理相關背景尤佳
具五年以上醫院通路專案業務銷售經歷
熟悉醫院內部行政與作業流程
具良好時間管理、區域業務規劃能力,並能以數據分析作業
熟練 PPT、Excel 基礎電腦操作
具經銷商管理與帶領經銷團隊經驗
有醫療耗材銷售實務經驗
日常工作需使用英文溝通

台灣
彈性遠距混合辦公

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As the Sales Representative, you will report to the Sales Supervisor, Medical Surgical, Taiwan.

You will assess the sales coverage strategy to see if it deploys the sales force optimally and uses sales channels after taking into account the target portfolio and customer segmentation. This includes the current distribution setup and indirect sales as part of our commercial model and the effectiveness of our channel partnerships.

Daily work will focus on products related to negative pressure wound therapy, surgical dressings, and skin care. Our main clients include surgical and critical care departments, and we will promote Solventum’s full range of medical products.

1. Provide product training and application supports to customers

2. Develop and maintain customer relationships

3. Collaborate with territory distributor’s sale rep.

4. Responsible for the tasks above for the customers in North of Taiwan (台北和桃園).

The Skills and Expertise

1. College or university degree , nursing background is preferred .

2. At least 5 years sales in hospital-oriented business with specific accounts

3. Good familiarity in internal hospital procedures

4. Good time and territory management with data driven skill as needed

5. Basic computer skills in PPT/Excel.

6. Distributor management and skill in leading distributor’s sales team

7. Experience selling medical supply consumables

8. English communication is daily operation

Work location: Taiwan

Hybrid/Remote

Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
