As an S&OP Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting Arxada’s end‑to‑end Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process. Acting as the analytical backbone across Demand, Supply and Executive S&OP cycles, you will translate complex data into clear, decision‑oriented insights and executive‑ready narratives.
Working closely with demand planners, supply planners and S&OP leads, you will help drive informed decision‑making, balance trade‑offs and strengthen alignment across the organization. Essential Job Functions
- Support analytical activities across the full S&OP cycle, including S&OE, Demand Review, Supply Review and Executive S&OP
- Aligning S&OE insights with S&OP outputs to ensure feedback loops into the planning process
- Supporting prioritization decisions (e.g. key customers, constrained assets) based on data
- Analyze demand forecasts, supply plans, inventory positions, capacity constraints and key operational KPIs
- Identify gaps, risks and trade‑offs (e.g. demand vs. supply, service vs. inventory, capacity constraints) and monitoring short-term demand and supply deviations versus plan
- Tracking execution KPIs (e.g. OTIF, backorders, inventory deviations) and highlighting exceptions
- Supporting root cause analysis for short-term service or supply issues
- Perform scenario, sensitivity and “what‑if” analyses to support robust decision‑making
- Providing visibility on risks and opportunities in the near-term horizon
- Prepare and review analytical decks for Demand, Supply and S&OP meetings in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Track historical performance (forecast accuracy, bias, service levels, inventory turns) and highlight trends and root causes
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with high attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience in data analysis, modeling and visualization
- Solid understanding of operational KPIs, particularly within an S&OP context
- Approximately 3 years of experience in a similar analytical role
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non‑technical stakeholders
- Capability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
- Knowledge of Power BI (including DAX and Power Query) is an advantage
