Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Position Purpose:
Owns end-to-end delivery of complex BI products and analytics solutions, partnering with stakeholders to shape requirements, design performant data models, and ensure high-quality testing and user experience through established reliability and change-control practices, with an emphasis on human-centered design.

• Leads development of dashboards, reporting experiences, and visual designs based on user flows/wireframes/mockups/prototypes; ensures responsive and human-centered design principles are applied.
• Independently designs and optimizes efficient and performant data models to support reusable reporting and scalable analytics.
• Facilitates requirements and acceptance criteria workshops with stakeholders; translates ambiguous needs into clear technical specifications.
• Leads testing with customers and peers to validate accuracy, compliance, and UX; drives defect remediation and release readiness.
• Produces and maintains documentation, training materials, and user guides; provides advanced user support and enablement.
• Serves as a subject-matter resource to peers; provides informal mentoring on BI development practices and standards adherence.
• Participates in multiple projects and product-oriented development teams; supports internal product testing and release processes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience in technical data analysis/business intelligence and translating requirements into specifications required. Master's Degree in a related field, i.e., Mathematics, Computer Science, etc may be considered in lieu of some of the required experience (not to exceed 2 years). 4+ years Experience in relevant programming to include DAX and M languages required. 3+ years Experience in related business analysis required. 1+ years Experience in healthcare preferred. 1+ years Experience in Figma or other design applications preferred. 1+ years Experience in relevant programming using SQL / Python / Microsoft Azure preferred.

Pay Range: $87,700.00 - $157,800.00 per year

Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.  Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
