As a Senior Principal Product Manager focused on the Portal experience, you will own the strategy and evolution of our web account interfaces across Gen Digital products. This includes customer facing experiences related to subscription access, licensing visibility, and core account journeys. Passionate about the customer, you will use data, user insight, and business context to identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and overall customer experience. 

Working closely with engineering, design, analytics, and business stakeholders, you will define and deliver a clear product vision that aligns with company priorities. You will also partner with licensing and billing teams to ensure that account experiences accurately reflect entitlement logic and support key customer actions. 

You are a strategic and execution focused product leader who can operate across complex systems, connect user needs with business outcomes, and drive clarity across teams. You bring strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to influence across a global organization. 

 

What You Will Do In This Role 

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Portal web account experience and ensure delivery aligns with business goals and customer needs. 

  • Deliver intuitive experiences that enable customers to view, manage, and act on subscriptions and licenses. 

  • Partner closely with licensing, billing, and other internal teams to align product behavior with entitlement logic. 

  • Use data, experimentation, and customer insights to inform prioritization and continuously improve product outcomes. 

  • Collaborate with engineering, UX, analytics, and operations to deliver high quality, scalable solutions. 

  • Translate complex systems and requirements into clear product definitions and user experiences. 

  • Communicate product direction, priorities, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership. 

  • Leverage AI driven tools to streamline research, analyze customer and usage data, support prioritization, and generate structured documentation to improve team productivity and decision making. 

 

What you’ll need to be successful in this role: 

  • 8+ years of product management experience within a Global technology-driven organization, ideally cybersecurity, consumer web, or platform. 

  • Strong understanding of subscription models, licensing, or entitlement systems. 

  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross functional initiatives from strategy through execution. 

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive product decisions. 

  • Ability to work effectively with technical teams on backend systems that support account and licensing flows. 

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 

  • Demonstrated willingness to learn, adapt, and apply AI tools to improve effectiveness and productivity. 

  • Detail oriented, organized, and able to balance multiple priorities. 

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.
