• Ochtenddienst: 07.30 – 15.15 uur

• Middagdienst: 15.00 – 22.45 uur

Over de rol

Als QC‑Operator (Laborant) ben je onderdeel van het professionele QC‑laboratorium binnen de Operations‑afdeling. Je werkt nauw samen met productie, Supply Chain en Quality en staat dagelijks midden in het hart van onze processen. Je voert analyses uit, beoordeelt resultaten en zorgt dat we kunnen blijven leveren volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen.

Je krijgt bij PPG alle ruimte om jouw kennis te verdiepen, certificeringen te behalen en door te groeien binnen Quality, Operations of technische specialistrollen.

Wat ga je doen?

Laboratoriumanalyses & kwaliteitsborging

• Voorbereiden, verdelen en behandelen van monsters volgens planning.

• Uitvoeren van analyses volgens testmethodes en procedures.

• Interpreteren van resultaten en bepalen van noodzakelijke correcties.

• Registreren van resultaten in QC‑kaarten en in Oracle.

• Beoordelen van productkwaliteit (grondstoffen, in‑proces, halffabricaat, eindproduct).

• Overleg met Quality Engineer/Manager of Supervisor bij afwijkingen.

Incidentbeheer & continue verbetering

• Signaleren van afwijkingen en initiëren van Quality Incidents.

• Uitvoeren van initiële root‑cause analyses en rapporteren van bevindingen.

• Voorkomen van afkeur, run‑away processen en productie‑onderbrekingen.

Laboratoriumorganisatie

• Up‑to‑date houden en ontwikkelen van testmethodes en keuringskaarten.

• 5S / housekeeping / lab‑standaardisatie.

• Voorraadbeheer en tijdig bestellen van labbenodigdheden.

Training & kennisoverdracht

• Zorgen voor een getrainde back‑up laborant binnen de ploeg.

• Bijhouden van eigen trainingen en hertrainingen.

• Waarborgen dat back‑ups volgens procedures blijven voldoen.

Ondersteuning binnen de plant

• Uitvoeren en documenteren van Industrial Hygiene Monitoring (IHM).

• Up‑to‑date houden van MSDS‑informatie.

• Maken van correcte etiketten voor productie.

• Gidsfunctie bij calamiteiten.

• MBO+ / HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur laboratoriumopleiding.

• Accuratesse, analytisch vermogen en kwaliteitsbewustzijn.
