What You'll Do:
- TV Campaign Planning & Execution: Independently plan and execute complex TV campaigns in line with adopted strategies, including detailed cost calculation and budget estimation. Develop and present optimization scenarios for TV campaigns aligned with client guidelines and KPIs. Oversee the preparation of detailed TV implementation plans, ensuring adherence to client-specific guidelines, briefed station/daypart mixes, and performance targets.
- Negotiation & Supplier Relationship Management: Lead negotiations with TV stations to secure optimal additional/quality campaign elements, minimize surcharges, avoid penalties, and gain premium positions. Cultivate strong operational relationships with sales representatives for spot list changes, copy delivery, and campaign settlements.
- Reporting, Analysis & Auditing: Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports and comprehensive analyses (e.g., weekly/monthly reports, post-buys, spot lists). Conduct thorough analysis and maintain a deep understanding of TV/offline KPIs outlined in client contracts. Coordinate and contribute to the delivery of data for audits, supporting efforts to optimize assumptions (baseline, indexes, exclusions, added value). Prepare TV/offline audit files and templates meticulously.
- Financial & Administrative Oversight: Ensure timely creation and updating of campaign jobs, Purchase Orders (POs), and other financial documentation in accordance with internal procedures. Oversee monthly reconciliation and settlement of TV budgets with suppliers, adhering to all internal processes. Manage document circulation, administration, and archiving of campaign-related documents, including data required for efficient campaign audits.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: At least 2 years in a similar role within a media agency.
- Media Savvy: Strong understanding of the media market, consumer insights, and campaign execution.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Client-Focused: Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with a genuine commitment to client success.
- Tech-Curious: Comfortable with media planning tools and eager to explore and utilize AI assistance platforms.
- Language: Advanced English (written and spoken).
- Qualities: Detail-oriented, organized, proactive problem-solver, and resilient under pressure.
