Your tasks include:
- Prepare consolidated financial statements and disclosures under IFRS and US GAAP, and compile sustainability disclosures aligned with applicable ESG reporting requirements.
- Prepare periodic and ad‑hoc internal reporting packages that support management and business stakeholders.
- Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities, including data collection, account reconciliations, variance analysis, and system uploads.
- Review and validate the accuracy and completeness of subsidiary‑level financial data, workbooks, and reporting packages.
- Analyze financial and non‑financial content for quarterly earnings releases, slide decks, investor‑related documents, and AGM materials.
- Review annual financial statements in XBRL and ESEF formats to ensure compliance and quality.
- Maintain strong internal controls and SOX compliance through complete documentation, precise reconciliations, and careful proofreading.
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy; CPA preferred.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in General Ledger and/or Financial Reporting.
- Must have SAP experience.
- Experience in a shared services or similar environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related Office tools.
- Exposure to US GAAP, Wdesk, or financial statement preparation is a plus.
- Ability to guide, mentor, and support Associates and Interns, and facilitate training for new team members and internal stakeholders.
