What You Will Work On
This role focuses on leading system and process enhancements that keep business operations running smoothly. Daily work involves driving improvements, supporting applications, and ensuring teams have accurate tools and data. Your decisions help streamline workflows and strengthen system reliability across the organization.
You’ll collaborate with business and IT partners to translate requests into functional requirements and own system changes from design through testing. Responsibilities include defining data and metric needs, improving reporting, and supporting special projects. These efforts build efficiency, reduce workload, and enhance the accuracy of key business processes.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required
5+ years of systems or process analyst experience required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to gather business needs and translate into system requirements
Knowledge of merchandising processes, KPIs, and retail math
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office tools
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A team-first attitude; while your core duties are your priority, you're happy to step in wherever you're needed
Work Style and Physical Requirements
Comfort managing system troubleshooting and support tasks
Ability to work with cross-functional teams on enhancements and testing
Regular in-office attendance is required
Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties
Ability to adhere to company policies and professional standards
