Sales Development Representative
Hybrid Role (3 days in office / 2 days WFH)

Compensation & Earning Potential – Salary plus uncapped commission
- $63K average Year 1 total earnings
- Top performers: $80K+ in Year 1
- Top performers: $175K+ in Year 2+

What You’ll Do
- Engage with senior decision-makers at target accounts
- Prospect into targeted accounts through high-volume outbound calling (150–200+ calls/day)
- Open conversations with prospective clients and generate interest
- Schedule qualified meetings and demos for field sales representatives
- Collaborate closely with client sales teams

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ year in a customer-facing role (internships included) preferred
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
