The People Business Partner (PBP) works closely with Vice Presidents or specific organizations that require dedicated support as they grow and scale. PBPs partner with business leaders to understand their priorities, identify talent and organizational needs, and address complex business challenges through people-focused solutions.

In this role, you will support the recently acquired company Tise, partnering with a leadership team primarily based in Oslo, Norway that is scaling internationally. The role focuses on enabling organizational effectiveness, activating enterprise people programs, and guiding leaders through change, team development, and business transformation.

What you will accomplish:

  • Partner with leaders to translate business strategy into talent and organizational capability plans that enable teams to deliver on their goals.

  • Activate enterprise People programs, collaborating with Centers of Excellence to implement initiatives such as engagement planning, organizational restructuring, and change management.

  • Use data and organizational insights to identify themes, guide decision-making, and help leaders develop clear action plans for improvement.

  • Advise and support leaders through organizational change, from planning through implementation and reinforcement, while minimizing disruption to the business.

  • Strengthen leadership capability and team performance by supporting leadership development, coaching, and facilitation of team effectiveness initiatives.

  • Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and partners to deliver practical, forward-looking people solutions.

  • Lead complex human capital initiatives and projects across organizations and locations, managing work through the full project lifecycle.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or Organizational Development within a global organization.

  • Experience in areas such as talent management, leadership development or coaching, team facilitation, organizational design, employee engagement, organizational diagnostics, and training and development.

  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to analyze information and translate insights into action.

  • Experience supporting organizational change and culture initiatives, including enterprise-wide transformation programs.

  • Ability to build trusted relationships and influence partners at multiple levels through strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, multicultural global environment with distributed teams, with willingness to travel globally as needed.
