Mutiny
A decade of leading GTM teams taught our founders the same lesson: dependencies are the biggest blocker to growth.
Too many great ideas die waiting for resources — design, content, web. The people closest to the customer know what to do, but they can’t move fast enough to do it.
We started Mutiny to fix that.
Mutiny is an AI-native agent that lets sellers and marketers move at the speed of their ideas, building high-quality, on-brand experiences that actually wow buyers.
This is a $100B+ market hiding in plain sight, and we think it’s one of the most interesting problems in tech right now.
How do you actually scale 1:1 marketing?
How do you eliminate dependencies across GTM teams?
How do you give every seller the power of a full marketing team?
We’re not just building a product — we’re building the system that makes this possible.
Why this role exists
Growth is working—but it’s not yet a system that compounds.
There are strong signals across the funnel. Now it’s about turning that into something repeatable, scalable, and measurable.
We need someone to own that end-to-end.
Not a marketing engine. Not a product funnel.
A system that reliably turns:
- attention → usage → revenue → expansion
What you’ll do
You’ll own Mutiny’s growth system as a product surface.
That means everything from how users first experience the product, to how they get to value, to how they convert and expand. You’ll identify where the system breaks, and ship the changes to fix it.
You’ll work closely with engineering to get experiments live quickly—onboarding flows, product defaults, lifecycle loops, pricing, and more.
You’ll also take what works and turn it into something repeatable. Systems, not one-off wins.
You’ll leave the product better than you found it.
You should apply if
You think like a product manager. You can take an ambiguous problem, define it clearly, and ship something that improves it.
You’ve owned a funnel that drove real outcomes. Activation, conversion, expansion—you’ve improved one or more of these in a meaningful way.
️ You’re a builder. You don’t just analyze—you get things live and iterate.
⚡ You move fast. You’re comfortable shipping quickly and improving in production.
You’re highly analytical. You know how to find signal in messy data and use it to make decisions.
You think in systems. You care about how things connect and compound over time.
You’re curious about AI. You’re excited about how it changes how products are built and experienced.
✍️ You communicate clearly. You can explain what you’re building and why it matters across teams.
Why you shouldn’t apply
If you’re looking for a clearly defined roadmap, this isn’t it. You’ll be expected to define what to build.
If you prefer planning over shipping, this role won’t be a fit. You’ll be judged on what gets live and what works.
If you think growth is primarily marketing, this probably isn’t the right role. This is a product role.
If you’re not comfortable being accountable for outcomes, this won’t be the right environment.
What you bring
- Experience as a PM, growth PM, or similar role with ownership over a product surface
- Track record of improving key metrics (activation, conversion, retention, or expansion)
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data
- Experience working closely with engineering to ship quickly
- Curiosity for AI and modern product development
- Based in, or willing to relocate to, New York City
What you’ll get out of it
