About the role

For our Hygiene division, preferably located in Niederaula-Kleba, we are looking for a part-time (24 - 32 h/week)

Your tasks as Junior Inside Sales & Export Support (m/f/d) 

As a Junior Inside Sales & Export Support, you coordinate international B2B orders and export documentation. You ensure smooth processes and act as a reliable contact for existing customers. 

Your role with us as Junior Inside Sales & Export Support  (m/f/d) 

  • Processing international B2B orders in ERP systems from order entry to invoicing, including intercompany orders 

  • Coordinating deliveries with warehouses, carriers, customs, and internal teams to ensure on-time shipment 

  • Preparing and managing export documentation and related requirements 

  • Acting as the main contact for international customers, handling inquiries on pricing, availability, lead times, and claims 

  • Maintaining customer master data and providing administrative and sales support 

  • Supporting debtor follow-up, reporting, and KPI tracking using Excel and dashboards

  • Fluent German and English skills; additional languages are a plus 

  • Background in Customer Care, Inside Sales, or Export Support with knowledge of supply chain and order-to-cash processes 

  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred); CRM knowledge is an advantage 

  • Confident user of Excel and basic data analysis tools; Salesforce experience is a plus 

  • A proactive, resilient, and solution-oriented mindset with strong teamwork skills 

  • Open-minded and comfortable working in a matrix organization 

  • Driver’s license and willingness for occasional business travel
