What you will do

As an Account Executive on our Business Intelligence team, you will be a crucial force in our continued expansion. In this full-time role, you will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing new business and driving revenue growth. You will be the face of Lighthouse for prospective clients, demonstrating the power of our platform to solve their commercial challenges.

This is a hybrid role, ideally based in Denver, CO with the expectation of being in the office 2-3 days per week.

Where you will have impact

  • Build and execute a strategic territory plan to source new client opportunities through targeted outreach, networking, and innovative strategies. Cold call and email prospecting will be a primary function of this role.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial lead response, discovery calls, and product demonstrations to presenting compelling proposals and negotiating contracts.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively closing new business and identifying upgrade opportunities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, confidently demonstrating the value of our Business Intelligence solutions.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities in our CRM system to ensure accurate forecasting and a smooth post-sale handover.
  • Collaborate with the Product team by providing valuable client feedback to help shape the future of our offerings.
  • Represent Lighthouse professionally at industry events and conferences to build our brand and your network.

You will be joining our global Revenue team, a dynamic group of over 150 sales professionals across 24 countries. We are passionate about driving growth and helping our customers in the hospitality industry succeed. As part of the Business Intelligence team, you will focus on a key area of our product suite, working with a supportive and driven group of peers.
